The company
Advanced Roads and Development Contracting Company (A.R.D SA) is a limited liability company registered in Saudi Arabia, commercial registration 7041255774, based in Al Eyun District, Madinah.
The company operates two parallel divisions: road construction and asphalt works on one side, epoxy flooring and surface preparation on the other. Its scope extends to bridges, tunnels, industrial construction and structural renovation.
What distinguishes the execution is that the plant is company-owned rather than rented, and its German origin is backed by an EU certificate of origin that anyone can verify independently — not merely asserted.

Directly imported equipment
Industrial shot blasting machines and precision floor grinders, plus a complete 2025 asphalt train from Wirtgen, Vögele and HAMM.
EU certificate of origin
Certificate No. 39333716 from the Kassel-Marburg Chamber of Industry and Commerce names each machine by type and serial number, verifiable by any client until 12/2027.
European application expertise
Applicators certified by Sika Deutschland GmbH to the same standards applied on major European projects.

How we are managed
Every project runs through the five PMI process groups, under documented controls.
Project lifecycle — PMI process groups
1 · Initiating
A project charter is approved before mobilisation: scope, deliverables, the project manager and the limits of their authority.
2 · Planning
Work breakdown structure, critical-path schedule, cost baseline, and quality, safety and procurement plans — completed before the first day of execution.
3 · Executing
Integrated change control: no change to scope is executed without an approved change order stating its effect on time and cost.
4 · Monitoring and controlling
Progress is measured against the baseline and reported to the client on a fixed cycle — planned versus actual, for both schedule and cost.
5 · Closing
Provisional and final handover with as-built drawings, material certificates, inspection reports and warranty, plus documented lessons learned.
Governance controls
Independence of control
Whoever executes does not certify his own work. Quality, health and safety sits outside the execution line and reports directly to the chief executive officer.
Segregation of duties
No single person raises a purchase order, receives the material and releases the payment. The three functions are separated without exception.
Live risk register
Reviewed weekly: probability, impact, planned response and a named owner for every risk — including weather, supply and traffic diversion.
Verifiable documentation
Asphalt works are documented with geographic location, date and time, so the client can verify progress without an intermediary.
