A floor is only as good as the slab underneath it. We prepare mechanically with our own machines, then apply the system — one crew, one responsibility.
The systems we apply
- Solvent free epoxy coating for workshops and warehouses, where traffic is wheeled and the demand is cleanability.
- Self levelling epoxy, two to three millimetres, where a seamless flat surface is required.
- Epoxy mortar screed where point loads, impact and forklift turning destroy thinner systems.
- Conductive and ESD epoxy for electronics production and areas where flammable material is handled.
- Anti slip finishes for ramps, wash bays and wet areas.
- Skirting and coving at wall junctions so the floor can be washed without soaking the wall base.
Why epoxy floors fail in this market
Almost every failure we are called to repair comes from the same four causes, and none of them is the paint.
- Applied over a sealed, polished or curing-compound slab, so there is no mechanical key and the system peels in sheets.
- Applied over a damp slab, so vapour pressure lifts the coating months later.
- Applied over concrete soaked with oil, which has to be drawn out before anything is laid.
- Expansion joints coated across instead of being carried through, so the floor cracks along the joint line.
Preparation is the job
We do not acid etch and we do not rely on a hired machine. Surfaces are opened mechanically with our own German shot blasters, and the profile is set to the CSP the system requires. Read how we do it on the concrete shot blasting page.
